Corporate Wellness Initiatives & Community Workshops
As a professional board certified coach and workshop facilitator, I work on-site with various corporations, community groups, non-profits and schools. My goal: to work with organizations to create healthier, happier and more engaged team members. I am committed to building relationships that empowers people to create the best version of themselves.
If you’re an organizational leader you may be asking; how do you maximize everyone’s potential? How do you decrease sick days and increase productivity and engagement? My corporate wellness programs and MBSR (Mindfulness-based stress reduction) sessions are designed with these goals in mind.

PROGRAMS THAT INSPIRE POSITIVE CHANGE.
There’s no denying that a healthy mind and body is the cornerstone to happiness and productivity in life and in the workplace. When we feel better, we do better. We have more clarity around our thoughts, feelings and our physical health. We make better choices that help reduce anxiety, create more balance and we go from surviving to thriving with intention and purpose.
My goal, as a board-certified health and wellness coach, is to improve the happiness, productivity and overall health in our communities with a series of workshops and immersion retreats. My unique and engaging workshops are designed to inspire, motivate and educate people in “real world” healthy mind/body living techniques that are easy, enjoyable and accessible to everyone!
WORKSHOPS THAT MOTIVATE, ENGAGE AND EDUCATE.
What areas are your wellness programs lacking? There are two key factors that are being missed by many corporate and community wellness programs that need to be addressed together: the primary and secondary food factors that impact people’s health. The food they put in their mouths (secondary) and the thoughts, feelings and activities they engage in (primary) are both contributors to overall health and well-being. Most wellness programs only focus on the secondary factors; diet and exercise. While diet and exercise are important, it is equally important to focus on mindfulness, stress reduction, a person’s sense of purpose and fulfillment, engagement in the work place and community outlook.
My workshops and transformational classes are designed to provide tools and techniques that are both engaging, thought-provoking and interactive. Participants are prompted to explore their life goals and inherent skills, build self-esteem, explore team building and improve communication skills at work and home. Using creative coaching tool’s I have developed in my practice, participants find inspiration to create new patterns of thoughts and behaviors which create a deeper sense of well–being and an improvement in overall health.
