Meditation & Mindfulness Techniques for Stress Reduction, Improved Concentration and Resilience
Learn easy, yet powerful tools to stay focused, reduce stress and feel better. A unique and engaging program where participants learn, over the course of 30-days, how to relax while resting in the present moment to release tension, improved ability to cope with stressful situations and cultivate a deeper self-awareness and patience. The results; improved clarity, creativity, more joy and happiness and resilience in difficult times. Includes a guided sampling of different meditation and mindfulness techniques using music, movement, positive affirmations  and traditional seated practice. Fun and non-intimidating learning. Ongoing guided meditation sittings offered as well.

CREATING YOUR LIFE'S MASTERPIECE
• Signature Program •
An interactive and inspiring 30-day program using Peace and Pear’s Soulful Connections question card deck, Participants explore their life goals and dreams through big life questions designed to motivate discussion and thought around creating their best life at home and work. This program is designed to be a transformational journey into finding their power, passion and purpose so they can show up as their best selves each day with new ideas and a renewed sense of awareness and energy. Great for team building and improving communication skills as well.

Intuitive Weight Loss & Whole Foods 
Every body is different and this program honors our differences by teaching participants how to practice an elimination diet to discover hidden food sensitivities and allergies that may be hijacking their healthy lifestyle. Participants will also learn which foods promote energy, which foods zap our energy and how to eliminate brain fog, There is a sampling of super foods and smoothies which are effective in promoting weight loss.

HEALTHY, SEXY & FIT™

Kick start / Weight loss program
A 21-day kickstart program for more energy, weight loss and a healthier mind and body. Not another fad diet, this program helps break the cycle of cravings for foods that undermine people's health, zap energy, cause inflammatory responses in the body, create mood and energy swings.  It’s important to get healthy before losing weight in order for it to be sustainable. My Healthy, Sexy & Fit™ program provides group and individual coaching support, encouragement and education through the companion guide which includes delicious and easy to make recipes for all body types as well as daily emails and group coaching. The program is designed to help people make better dietary and lifestyle choices to feed the body, mind and soul.
