My coaching style is unique in that it focuses around life’s “Big Questions.” I help guide you in discovering who you are at your core and coach you in identifying what thoughts, feelings and behaviors have become patterns that either support you or keep you stuck. Repeating negative patterns gone unidentified cause anxiety, stress, over-eating and even more destructive behaviors. These continued behaviors can compromise our relationships and cause us to abandon ourselves by lowering our expectations and becoming complacent.
I realized very early on in my coaching practice that it’s not just about the foods we put in our mouths that make us sick and tired, but our thoughts and environment also play a large role. From the people we spend time with, the shows we watch on television, the way we view ourselves and the world and the self-defeating or over-achieving behaviors we participate in all impact how we look, how we feel, how we handle stress and how we react to our world.
Where to begin? Start by asking yourself these powerful questions:
1. Do you know what you need or what you want in order to feel more peaceful, happy and content?
2. What would your life look like if you gave yourself permission to set aside your to-do list, your people pleasing, fixing, rescuing behaviors and your struggling to juggle everything you know you’ve overcommitted too? Are you uncomfortable with this idea or does it make you wonder how would you achieve this?
3. How would it feel to say “no,” with love and compassion, and an awareness that you are setting boundaries so you could spend a little quality self-care time with yourself? Does that feel comfortable? Do you even know where to begin?
4. Are you struggling to carve out some quiet time for self-reflection and practice a few minutes of meditation? Or are you trapped in obsessive worrying about the future and regretting and reliving the past that the present moment slips away without a second glance?

You will develop a stronger mind / body connection and learn how to cultivate a stronger connection with your intuition and find your power, passion and purpose.
