Workshop #1: Eating for Increased Energy. How to stop counting calories and lose weight while enjoying real food, improve digestion and curb your sweet tooth.
Workshop #2: Weigh Less/Live More! Detox your pantry and learn recipes and techniques for making delicious, nutritious and easy-to-prepare meals.
Workshop #3: Foods to Enjoy and Foods to Avoid. Learn about foods that fuel your body, the potential benefits of an elimination diet and the benefits of gluten-free living.
Thursdays: Feb 6, Feb 13 and Feb 20 from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
